This is one of the best error ads I have seen and demonstrates what can happen when companies outsource their ads to foreign countries in order to cut costs. Someone who is ESL (English as a second language) wrote the copy line for this ad (see below).

- Love the full long corset look from behind
The corset is a garment that is wonderful to wear, but not in hot weather. Corests were used to change the shape of the rib cage and narrow the waist. The smallest ever waist recorded from corset wearing continually was 15″.
The purpose of the corset in the 18th century was to emphasise the bust, while drawing the shoulders back. At this time the eyelets and were not placed across from one another, but staggered. This allowed the stays to be spiral laced. One end of the stay lace is inserted and knotted in the bottom eyelet, the other end is wound through the stays’ eyelets and tightened on the top. To tighten the laces the wearer had to hold onto something, as this method of lacing pulled the wearer from side to side as it was tightened. Bet that felt good.
Apparently corsets were originally quilted waistcoats, worn by French women as an alternative to stiff corsets. They were only quilted linen, laced in the front, and un-boned. This garment was meant to be worn on informal occasions, while corsets were worn for court dress. In the 1790s corsets fell out of fashion, this coincided with the French Revolution, and the adoption of neoclassical styles of dress. Interestingly, it was the men, Dandies,(we all know them), who began to wear corsets again, though after 1850 men who wore corsets claimed they needed them for “back pain”, right……
In the 1820s, fashions changed with the waistline lowered to an almost natural position. Corsets began to be made with some padding and boning. Corsets began to be worn by all classes of society. Some women made their own, while others bought their corsets. Corsets were one of the first mass produced garments for women. Corsets began to be more heavily boned in the 1840s. By 1850, steel boning became popular. Ouch!
Metal eyelets meant that tight lacing became possible and the position of the eyelets changed now being across from one another at the back. Corsets were mostly white. (see photo of me in mine).
During the Edwardian period, the straight front corset was introduced. This corset was straight in front, with a pronounced curve at the back that forced the upper body forward, and the derrière out. (See photo) fun isn’t it, like bondage!
It is only a matter of time before they come back into fashion, but with no whale bones this time, who could ever want that!!??

| This review is on Punterlink and I have pasted it on my blog.
I booked Charlotte for a four hour dinner date and just knew I was going to like her from the moment she said on the phone I sounded as if I was only in my 40′s, and when I opened the door to her I was not disappointed, it was well worth the extra thirty minutes I had to wait because Charlotte had got stuck in traffic on the motorway. She is a very attractive busty blonde of the same ilk as a couple of sadly departed ladies from my era Diana Dors and Jayne Mansfield, so I almost thought i’d died and gone to heaven when I saw her, and that was before i’d helped her out of the smart black skirt and top she was wearing……what was underneath was all woman believe me, and all natural no silicone here and she really keeps herself in good shape. I couldn’t resist a little bit of slap and tickle before dinner and it/she went down much better than the soup of the day would have done for starters……mind you I think i’d decided that long before any disrobing took place……The hotel had a lovely quaint country pub almost in the car park and both the food and the company were excellent. Charlotte is a very well educated and much travelled lady and we had plenty in common to talk about over dinner before she served up quite a raunchy dessert back in the hotel…….she has a wicked sense of humour and seemed to take great delight in making the young waitress blush by telling her with a cheeky glint in her eye that we were staying in the hotel next door. If you’re looking for fun and dinner combined with an intelligent mature lady then an evening with Charlotte really does go down a treat. |

From a sweetie 04.08.09 :
It was great meeting you this evening and I had a fantastic time! You’re much better looking and hotter in the flesh than your pictures suggest, even though they are pretty sensational too!

Dublin, what a city and what wonderful people I meet when ever I travel to the emerald isle:
A sweetie took me to a very famous restaurant in Dublin. We had just sat down and then were asked very nicely if we would mind moving tables by the manager because Bono and a friend are coming in and Bono insists on having our table. We did not mind moving at all and the manager gave us a wonderful bottle of wine by way of thanks. We then saw Bono coming in with his guest. I then tell my lovely man that I would love his autograph but am too shy to ask and do not want to bother them. So whilst I was powdering my nose my gentleman friend goes over to Bono’s friend, who was on his own for a bit, and asks if he would kindly ask Bono to sign the menu for me. His friend arranges this, so sweet.
When we went to leave and pay the bill the manager informed us that our bill had been settled already. Oh, we say that was so kind of Bono. No, says the manager it was Bruce Springsteen who paid the bill. Bruce if you read my blog thank you so very much!!!, and so sorry we did not recognise you!

ladylove definition
lady·love (-luv′) noun a female sweetheart.
“Lady Love” is also a song by former Procol Harum guitarist Robin Trower, in his 1975 album Bridge of Sighs, a lovely bridge in venice, how romantic! A live version also appears in his live album recorded in Stockolmn 1975.
A very musical man I met did write a love song to me………..
Lady Love lyrics
Lady love, I heard a voice and it soothed me
Lady love, a simple tune and it moved me
Move me and sooth me
Leading me home
Truly for me now
Lady love
Lady love, the mans a fool to be leaving
Dreams of love, passing by like the seasons
Maybe I’ll wake up
Oh tell me I will
And find you there waiting
Lady love
Lady love, I need some warm and tender
Nights of love, sweet and fine to remember
Maybe tomorrow, your fever will find me
Waiting for me now
Lady love
I’ll find you waiting, lady love
Find you there waiting, lady love
I’ll find you waiting, lady love
Waiting, waiting lady love
