I was really tired this evening, due to late nights etc etc, but still dutifully dragged myself up to the gym.  But so glad I went now and really high energy levels now.  Just wish I was one of those happy morning people and could do my work outs really early.

I love using the cybex hip machine, hips my arse!  It is for tightening the inner thigh muscles and virginia muscles.  Never seen a man on it yet.  They have the discretion at my gym to place it so one is facing the wall, which is nice, but still see men (young men) watching me on it, opening my lycra clad legs as wide as they will go against the force of the weights and then slowly crunching them together.  Pelvic floor feels grippingly good tonight!   Shame I am having an early night and catching up on emails and stuff.

After a very long week enjoying myself and generally having fun I decided to have a long, very long soak in my bath tonight as i was having a quiet night in.   I rarely bathe as I am a shower girl, but tonight I really fancied a long soak with loads of Clarins bath oil, bubble bath, candles and a mag to read.   Heaven…………..

Sometimes I have a spray on fake tan as I like to look of being tanned.  Unfortunately my lovely tan from my recent holiday was starting to fade fast, may be because I go swimming a lot.   So I had a spray tan applied yesterday.

I was horrified to see a dark brown ring around my bath tub while I was toweling down and then on my towel.  What, how could I possibly be that dirty – NO, it was my fake tan on my bath and not me anymore! 

Whats more it is now patchy on me, leaving me with one tanned leg and one not so tanned.

Wow, what a wonderful holiday I have had sailing around and island hopping!    I have an amazing tan with white bits, as naked, topless bathing is not allowed where I went. 

The sailing was wonderful, and there were some very cute crew on board too!    One night after hours and after one too many pina colada’s we went back to my cabin and have some fun on my bunk.  All I will say is that he had been doing his tongue exercises and that boat rocked    Next day we got off the boat on a secluded beach and managed to swim naked in the warm, warm sea together after checking for jelly fish.  I truly felt I was in paradise and met a lovely new mate too.

I live a full and often hectic life so it is really a necessity for me to get totally away from it all to re-charge, although I still cannot help myself.

It is that time of year again.  I mean my top top down on my car, low cut top and wearing shorts and whizzing a long the motorway.

Today a lovely driver in his big red truck beeped me and flashed his lights.  I threw him a kiss and we both laughed.  Just love it.

Been swimming a lot this week like swimming breast stroke and on my back.  What else is a girl to down now the summer has come.  Extra bonus is that it keeps my legs and waist toned too.

Wonderful weekend sailing for me!!!  It was quite cold on the water although I know we have the sun at last.  So no bikini for me, 5 layers and sunblock on face.   Got a rope tangled around the main jib, so someone (not me) had to climb the main mast.  16 hours at sea and it was very calm so only 3-4 knots this time.  Cardiff dock was very busy and beers all round that went down well.  I got stuck in the galley cooking for the crew last night, but a lovely French guy who sailed back with us provided the wine and helped me in the galley.  Jolly sailors time had by all.

The recession has hit the renting out of village halls.  Parties are not so common as people are cutting back, but one group of people love to party with their mistress who needed a quiet venue in woodland.

In The Daily Mirror it was reported this week that Mistress Tia has been renting out the village hall in the sleepy village of Waters Upton, near Telford as her bondage den to make films and hold sessions.
